Chemistry 11:  After finding the percent error in our water density value (in the Density Lab) we used the Lab Marking Guide to assess Lab 2D.  We completed Lab 3A next (all the procedure, Questions & Calculations 1,4, and Follow-up Questions 2,3.  No Conclusion.  Click here for 3A data that you can use if you are away and want to complete 3A now.  We learned about Hydrates next, read pages 72-74, and completed Unit 4 # 6-9.  Only 6,7 are due Friday.  In the final 10 minutes we did the Measurement and Sig Figs Quiz.   Terry Fox Run Friday in period A, starting at 11:00. Science 8:  We began with short lesson on System Theory, then we read pages 54 -59 and filled in a placemat on 11 Human Body systems.  In the second half we used the human anatomy model to learn  about the digestive system, the we filled in the Digestive System Anatomy sheet.  This video explained how the Digestive system works.    Click here to see the Science 8 Assignment Log.
