Science 8:  In the first half we learned about the respiratory system.  The human torso model showed us many structures, then we read pages 90 to 92 before completing the anatomy diagram and answering page 91 # 1-6 in sentences.  While students worked, everyone measured their vital capacity with the spirometer and measured their height as well.  The Scientific Question we are asking is this:  "Is lung volume larger for taller people"?   Click here to see the Science 8 Assignment Log.
