Chemistry 11:  We went through the answers to Organic Assignment #1, then we wrote brief notes on Isomers and Branched Alkanes.  Organic Assignment # 2 was completed after reading pages 214 - 219 (in Hebdon), the remaining time was spent finishing the Atomic Theory and Solutions Practice Test.  All these are due on Friday.

Science 8:  We began a review of continents, oceans, and major islands.  We learned how to draw circles with a compass, then we did a lab that allowed us to find the epicenter from data in a seismogram.   In the second half we wrote brief notes on Continental Drift and we watched this short clip.  We completed the Pangaea Cut and Paste, which is due on Friday.
