Earth Science:  Today I collected the map of our classroom and surrounding hallway with the Safety Equipment shown and labelled.  Create a miniposter showing the layers of the atmosphere.  Label each layer, and write a short point-from description about what is in each layer.  Sketch a commercial jet, the International Space Station, Felix Baumgartner jumping off his balloon ship, and Mt. Everest at the proper heights.  Color it, add a title, your name, and the date.  This is not due Friday.  I also want to check supplies (calculator, ruler, pencil & pens, binder with paper, textbook) on Friday.

Science 10:  Today I collected a map of our classroom and surrounding hallway with the Safety Equipment shown and labelled, and a table with safety rules categorized.  We started the Biology unit with Cell Theory and cell structure.  Due Friday is the WS with cell parts, as well as a short explanation (2 or 3 phrases) of the function of each part.  I also want to check supplies (calculator, ruler, pencil & pens, binder with paper, textbook) on Friday.

Junior Girls Volleyball:  Friday's practice will be at BVE at 3:30.  Thanks, Mr, Hicks, for letting us use your gymnasium.  Our gym is booked.  Monday morning at 7:30 is try-out # 3, serving.
