Science 9:  Our last day working with Mia on the Know Your Watershed Program.  Thank you Mia!  Now you are an expert on water issues in Revelstoke:)

Chemistry 12:  The long solubility lab was handed in at the start.  After a short mini review on Sections 3.1 to 3.4, we took notes on Ksp Problems and we did Unit 3 # 41-45, 21, 22 (these are due Monday).  We finished off with a homework quiz:

1) Write the formula equation, complete ionic equation, and net ionic equation for the following double replacement reaction:

A)   Na3PO4   +   CaCl2

B)   Zinc Bromide and Silver Nitrate


Thursday, October 17th

Chemistry 12:  Unit 3 # 18-20D, # 25 a-c and g-i, and the Solubility Lab WS are due next class.  Today we wrote a quiz on U3 # 1-12, 15.

Science 9 P12:  Today we went to The Water Treatment and Waste Water Treatment Plants, to meet with workers there and to see how the plants run.
