Science 8:  We reviewed atomic structure, then we learned safety considerations and how to light a bunsen burner.  Time was provided to finish Lab 7-4,which is due on Friday.  The Atom poster is also due on Friday.  In the second half we completed the PopCan lab, and we graphed a heating curve for a mystey substance.  I collected the heating curve, and the popcan lab will be collected on Friday. Chemistry 11:    An answer key was provided for the Stoichiometry WS, and we also did a Predicting Products WS to start.  More advanced stoichiometry problems were accomplished on the legal sized StoichometryWS, which is due Friday.  In the second half we did part I of Lab 6B, and we did a quiz on Balancing in the last 10 minutes.  Click here to see the Chemistry 11 Assignment Log.
