Chemistry 11:    We started with a minireview of Predicting Products, then we learned how to use Initial/Change/Final tables to solve stoichiometry problems.  The WS titled  Stoichiometry using Limiting Reactant is due next class.  Lab 6A is also due next class.  Click here to see the Chemistry 11 Assignment Log. 

Grade 8 Volleyball:  Practice Wednesday at 5:15 and Friday at 3:20.  Next League is on Thursday, November 13th in Shuswap (Roster announeced at the Nov 12th Practice.

Science 8:  We reviewed the structure of atoms first, then we took a short look a this animation that shows how Rutherford discovered that the nucleus was small and positively charged.  We spent time finishing the Atom Poster, as well as the page 208 WS and the 6.2 WS.  The poster will be due on the double block.  Click here to see the Science 8 Assignment Log.
