Science 10:   Today we started by marking pg 289 # 1-13, then we did a short review of decay equations.  We learned about Radioactive half life - we read section 10.4 and did pg 296 # 1-5 and pg 289 # 14, which is all due on Friday.  In the second half, we did a short chemistry lab involving the law of conservation of mass, and finally a quiz.

Science 8:   This morning we read about mountains and volcanos (pg 218 - 226) from the old Science Probe 9 textbooks, and did pg 222 # 1-5 as well as made some labelled sketches of the 3 types of volcanic forms.  We finished the Chemistry Unit Test after break, and finished with an Earthquake plotting exercise.
