Science 9:  Today we marked pg 85 together before handing it in.  We learned how the Carbon Cycle happens, and wrote a few brief notes on our Carbon Cycle Diagrams.  We worked from the old Science 10 Textbook, and we read section 4.2 and did pg 91 # 4-12, 16.  We finished with this short clip on the Carbon Cycle.  

Chemistry 12:  Today we made a Carbonate/Bicarbonate buffer and observed how it is good at resisting changes in pH.  We took a few notes on Buffers, then we read section 4.19 and did Unit 4 # 131-134.  The final minutes were spent on the Acid Base Practice Test - on Friday we will have a test on Unit 4.  Try to have your practice Test done for Thursday, then I can mark it.
