Chemistry 11:  We learned how to recognize and name functional groups, and we did the WS titled Functional Groups (Part B, C, and D).  I checked your WS #9 for accuracy.  In the second half we learned how to write the Formula Equation, Complete Ionic Equation, and Net Ionic Equation for reactions that form precipitates.  We did a mini lab where we were able to view 5 precipitation reactions, and see the precipitates forming.  Both the Functional Group WS and Precipitate Lab WS are due on Friday.  We will have an Organic Test on Monday, and a Final exam on Wednesday.  Click here to see the assignment log, an impressive list of all that you have accomplished this year.
