Science 9:    We marked Hand-out 2.4 then turned it in.  We did the Population Modeling lab first, and got as far as 1c (the graph).  We will finish this on Friday.  In the second half we did the Grey-water Activity on page 337.   Click here to see the Science 9 Assignment Log.

Science 8:  We read pages 152 - 160 to learn about forms of electromagnetic radiation that are different than visible light.  For each type of electromagnetic radiation (EMR), we listed all the applications that were described in the textbook.  We also drew one sketch per EMR category.  In the second half we did a refined pendulum lab after going through our first inquiry from Tuesday.  Everyone had to experiment on a different variable that Tuesday's.  A new, properly completed Scientific report was written.    Click here to see the Science 8 Assignment Log.
