Chemistry 11:  Today I collected U7 # 1-4,6,7.  We did a WS titled "Stoichiometry involving Limiting Reactant", which is due Friday.  Lab 6B was started, but is not due on Friday.

Science 10:  Please bring a calculator for the remainder of the course.   We did a WS called Thermal Energy Calculations, which is due Friday.  We also did a Calorimetry Lab to find the Chemical energy released by a piece of Walnut, which is also due Friday.

Chemistry 12:  Today we did Lab 19C, and I have kept your lab notebooks, so you have no home work.  Make sure that you have finished Unit III # 29-33, and 64 and 65.

Science 10:  WS on Calculating Thermal Energy.  We also made a Bomb Calorimeter and measured the chemical energy content of a walnut.  Complete the Analysis Problems # 1-9 on the Lab Hand-out.

Science 10:  WS with Section 18.1 # 1-4 due next class.  We added a little to the Energy Notes, and looked at wind turbines and how they compared to hydroelectric dams.

Chemistry 11:  Today I collected the WS titled "Writing Reaction Equations" and assigned Unit 7 # 1-4, 6,7 (due Thursday).

Chemistry 12:  Read Unit 3.5.  Do U3 # 29-33, 64 and 65.

Science 10: Today we reviewed 10 forms of Energy, as well as the units that energy is measured in.  We wrote our Chemistry Unit Test, and handed in the Chemistry Practice test.  The  Energy WS is not due Tuesday.  Be sure to bring a calculator to class for this and future units.

Chemistry 11: U6 # 66 and 67 (odd letters only, categorize them only, do not write them out or balance them).   Finish the WS titled "Writing Reaction Equations".  All items due Tuesday.
