Chemistry 11:  Today we learned how to calculate the percentage composition of each element in a compound.  Due next class is Unit 5 # 44, 45 (any 10 problems) and Unit 5 # 22-24 (any 6 problems).  That makes a total fo 16 problems due next class.  We will do a quiz on percent composition and general moles skills at the end of next class.  

Science 9:  We started with a short lesson on measurement, where we learned that we always measure from the bottom of the meniscus.  Bring the container up to eye level to read it, and write measurments to the nearest one-tenth of the smallest division.  We completed a Worksheet on Volume Measurement, which is due Wednesday.  We did the Density Lab too, and the 4 density calculations are due Wednesday too.
