Science 10:  Please have your supplies by Friday:  binder, paper, pens and pencils, calculator, ruler, hair tie for long hair.  Outlines need to be signed by parents/guardians by Friday too.  Today we read and categorized the safety rules, and we reviewed the anatomy of a cell.  We also signed out our textbooks.  Nothing is due for Thursday.

Chemistry 11:  Please have your supplies by Friday:  binder, paper, pens and pencils, calculator, ruler, 20 sheets of graph paper,  hair tie for long hair.  Outlines need to be signed by parents/guardians by Friday too. Today we reviewed classroom safety equipment and read section 1.1 in Hebdon.  We also reviewed the Kinetic Molecular Theory, melted some woods metal, and completed a WS titled "States of Matter and the Kinetic Molecular Theory", which is due Thursday.

Grade 8 Girls Volleyball:  Our Practice Schedule has firmed up:  Tuesday (serving only) at lunch, Wednesday's 5:15 to 7:15, and Fridays 3:30 to 5:15.  Starting in late September, we will take 12 players to league nights on Mondays.  There is a Grade 8 Girls Last Spike Tournament here on Saturday September 29.
