Science 8:    We began with notes on Waves, and we learned how to calculate the frequency of a wave form by dividing the number of cycles by the time.  Click here to see the wave forms. Everyone created a pendulum and determined its frequency.  In the final 45 minutes we completed the Chemistry Practice Test, which is due on Tuesday.  Chemistry Test on Wednesday.

Chemistry 11:  We started off with a mini review of key terms:  Reactant in Excess, burette, Synthesis reaction, combustion reaction.  We wrote notes on Energy Changes in Reactions, then we read section 6.6 and completed # 70-80.  In the last portion of class we worked on Lab 6E.  Only U6 # 70 - 80 are due on Tuesday.  I also collected lab 6B today.  Reactions unit Test coming up soon - maybe Friday.
