Science 8:  Practice Tests were collected again today.  WE wrote the Geology Unit Test today, and spent the rest of the time on the Volcano Spreadsheet assignment.  Nothing is due on Monday.

Science 9:  Practice Tests were collected again today.  WE wrote the Electricity Unit Test today, and spent the rest of the time on Laby 1-B on pg 16 & 17 in the Probe 9.  Nothing is due on Monday.

Thursday, May 7th

Science 9 Period AE:  We used the blog to check the answers to the Electricity Practice Test . Click here to see the Practice Test answer key.  Also, we  wrote brief notes on Cells Dividing.  After reading pages 36 and 37 in the Probe 9, we did page 38 # 1-7, 9-14 in the Probe 9.  This is not due on Friday.   Using laptops, we started research for Activity 1-B (page 16 & 17 in the Connections text), a research task about BC agriculture. No due date has been set for this yet.  On Friday we will do a test on the Electricity Unit, then spend the remainder on Activity 1-B (page 16 &17 in the Connections text).
