Science 8:  We started with some pictures of glaciated landscapes and decided which features were caused by erosion and which required deposition.   These features were discussed:  horn, arete, tarn, col, U-shaped valley, hanging valley, truncated spur, cirque.  We completed the Glaciation WS, then learned about Geological Dating by completing Lab 12D (Part I we did together, and Part II was completed independently.   Practice Test will be completed on Wednesday, and the Geology Unit Test will be on Friday.

Science 9:  The answers to the frontside of the Electrical Energy WS were reviewed first.  We discussed how Hydro Electrical Meters work, and looked at an Energuide label.  The Electricity Unit Practice Test was completed next, and this is due next class.  Remaining time was spent finishing the Electrical Energy WS, which should be done for next day.  On Friday we will write the Electricity Unit Test.
