Science 10:  from the hand-out on the Moon-Earth system, do pg 380 # 1-10, 12,13,15 in sentences, which is due Friday.  We also did Lab 14B from the old Science 9 book, but the texts must stay so this is not for homework.

Science 8:  At the start I collected the Continental Drift (cut and paste) lab, the Magnetic Fields Lab, and the Trench Mapping Activity.  In the first half we listened to Natalie Panek, an aerospace engineer talk about grit and managing failure amongst successes.  In the second half we took notes on Plate Tectonic Theory and read section 17.4 from another textbook.   At the end of the hand out were problems that need to be answered in full sentences:  # 1-6,8,10,12,13  .  We finished with a map of local rivers, lakes, mountains, and towns.  Can you name 8 peaks visible from the high school?
