Science 10:  After going through the Balancing WS, we learned about covalent compounds names and formulas.  A Balancing Minipractice followed, then we spent time on pg 133 # 1-6 and 135 # 1,2,4-8.  In the second half we did Lab 2-C on pg 136, including the 5 discussion Questions but the Graph is not due. All of the work from today, except the Lab 2-C graph is due on Monday.  We will have a balancing quiz on Monday.  




Careers 10 P56 (Carey)

After a short intro we completed a quick get-to-know survey.  We went over the BC graduation requirements and did a little paper mapping of our most favoured Grade 11 and 12 course list plus alternate #1 and alternate #2.   We then logged onto myBlueprint and completed the timetables in the High School left-tab.  View our school's website to see a list of courses likely offered next year.

We looked at 2 sample resume's to determine the author's approximate age.   The remainder was spent updating or making on your resume on myBlueprint.
