Science 8:  Today we started by adding notes onto our Heat Lab. We described the experimental design, and noted the number of trials, the independent variable, the dependent variable, and the constant factors.  We completed a WS that allowed us to practice measurement of volume and temperature.  We prepared a lab report for Lab 7-4, then we completed the procedure steps # 1-7, including a terrific line graph.  No assignments are due on Friday, but completing your graph would be helpful for Friday's class.  Please make sure that you have a ruler, calculator, pens & pencils, spare paper, and a protractor in your Science binder.  Click here to see the Grade 8 Assignment Log.
