Science 10:  We began with a short review of cell anatomy and DNA structure.  After watching this video on DNA repair mechanisms, we read pg 9-13 and did pg 11 # 1-2 and pg 13 # 1-2.  Everyone received an interim report with a brief comment and work ethic at the very end.

1) Using Mark's resume, we started with a discussion of Trades (what are they?,examples of training programs, ITA, Red Seal)
2) Click here to see the list of occupations for reviewing.  Find the non-trades.
3) "Find your Fit" videos :  Sheet Metal Fabricator, Millwright.
4)  Ensure that your Multiple Intelligences Quiz and Occupation Research is completed.   If you have trouble generating 3 occupations that match your multiple intelligences, call me over and I can help you.  Or use Google.  Return your survey hand-out to Mr. Gale.
5) In myBluepint, navigate to the left tab "Who Am I", then the "Match Results" top tab.  Spend 15 minutes reading about 3 occupations that look interesting to you, and add them to your Grade 8 Portfolio.  They can be the same 3 occupations as in item 4 above.
6) Finish all of Monday's tasks.
7) Find 3 items in your Onedrive that you have done in other courses this year that demonstrate your learning or skill level, and add these to your Grade 8 Portfolio.7) See Mr. Gale if you have completed all of the items above.
